Hi, my name’s David.

I was born on the 3rd of February 1986, just a few days after the Challenger exploded. That fact has impacted my life in absolutely no way, whatsoever.

I’m currently studying Computer Sciences at the University of Ghent. I also run Seenly, a site to take snapshots with your webcam. One day I woke up and I was president of Zeus, the fraternity for computergeeks of UGent. Weird.

I like french fries, ice cream, Vim, and Coca-Cola with the occasional craving for Dr. Pepper (it solves ALL your problems!).

On weekends and holidays I live with my parents at the coast of Belgium, near the Netherlands. On weekdays I live in Ghent, in my dorm-room which is about the size of a matchbox. The banner of this blog is the view out my window, which is actually less spectacular than it looks.
